Orange Business Services has introduced two services to extend its telepresence services: Telepresence Community, which enables businesses to open their existing telepresence solution to external participants and a personalised concierge system for a simple customer experience.

To improve the telepresence solution, Orange Business Services offers a 24/7 personalised concierge help-desk service, which means businesses and their employees have a personal assistant in charge of reservations, the technical set-up and management of the meetings as well as technical support. To allow businesses to visually communicate with external entities, the Telepresence Community is compatible with all telepresence-related solutions offered to businesses anywhere in the world, on the Orange network. By integrating their customers, partners or even service providers into the telepresence user community, businesses increase their productivity and speed up decision-making processes. Telepresence is entirely compatible with currently installed video equipment. A multi-location conference can be organised between telepresence equipped conference rooms and other traditional HD/SD videoconference rooms.
