Yealink VP-2009P IP video phone

The Yealink VP-2009P IP video phone, for next-generation personal IP multimedia communication, utilises the TI DaVinci chipset and offers a 7 800 x 480 pixel TFT-LCD touch screen and a 2 Mb adjustable CMOS sensor camera.

Support for adaptive bandwidth H.264 and H.263 video codec allows good quality video and the phone has a claimed easy-to-use, intuitive touch screen or button-control interface.

It provides several external interfaces, including dual RJ-45 LAN ports, USB and SD memory card slots for placing video onput ‘on screen’, a 2.5 mm headset jack and A/V-out for function expansion out to online/offline advertisement output devices.

The video phone also supports the wideband G.722 codec for high-definition audio and features a full-duplex speakerphone.

Its video and audio capabilities, telephony features, applications and durable construction make the video phone a suitable point-to-point communication device in corporate offices, for door entry systems and many other applications.
