Hammer Call Analyser is a software solution that enables users to capture and analyse problematic IP voice calls.

With the software, engineers can capture and re-assemble problematic calls. This makes isolating and diagnosing IP voice call problems quicker and helps verify any fixes made.

Users can import log files and other packet captures into a single file and automatically correlate and re-assemble all information associated with individual calls.

The software is suitable for those engineers who are looking for an IP Voice troubleshooting solution that complements generic capabilities of commercial, free or open-source IP packet analysers.

Calls can be reassembled in their entirety and listened to in order to assess speech quality. Users can test network-setting changes and play back the call with the new settings applied. This allows users to test the effect of changes on actual calls in a test environment prior to changing production systems.
