Integ iTaaS Conference Centre software-as-a-service

Wednesday, 02 December, 2009

Integ Group has introduced iTaaS Conference Centre software-as-a-service, enabling conferencing via audio, web and video.

Users pay a one-time set-up fee and monthly subscription for one year and the fee is based on the number of participants and application packs chosen.

Users can set up their own conferences at any time, invite participants and obtain their own usage reports for internal charging.

Three application packs are available: Audio, with web collaboration and video able to be added as separate, integrated application packs.

Users can upload files, play and record presentations, control audio, share data as well as push poll questions to participants similar to traditional webinars.

The Audio pack scales up to 3000 concurrent participants and includes functions such as conference recording, conference locking to prevent new participants from joining and dialling out or muting participants.

Web pack allows teams to collaborate online with document sharing capabilities and can be used securely for both internal and external meetings with no need for a dedicated WAN or VPN.It can manage up to 500 participants and delivers all features on a single web browser window.

Video pack operates from both the desktop and HD video. Its existing room-based systems can be integrated using SIP with up to 720 p resolution at 30 frames/s.
