The web-based application gives customers access to detailed information about their voice, mobile and data networks, as well as hosted-managed services.
It allows control of all services managed by Macquarie Telecom, regardless of provider. Customers can manage network performance, orders, bills, faults, alerts across voice, mobile, data and hosting services.
The dashboard can be accessed from any device with an internet connection and a web browser.
It can be customised to display different information to meet the needs of different users, including accounts information and real-time CPU utilisation graphs.
