The GoBook VR-2 in-vehicle solution combines a rugged notebook with 3G wireless connectivity and is suitable for businesses with a mobile workforce.

The solution allows users to stay connected to the internet while working in the field. It can help them to complete work faster, bill clients, look up information and order parts online.

The notebook is combined with a theft-resistant vehicle mounting kit and external antenna connectivity. It features an Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 microprocessor and a DynaVue colour LCD screen, which is visible in direct sunlight.

An upgradeable Sierra MC8775 WWAN module allows the notebook to connect to 3G HSDPA wireless broadband services.

The theft-resistant vehicle dock allows the notebook to be locked securely into place in the vehicle. By using a key, the computer can be quickly removed, allowing complete portability.

The notebook is capable of working in temperatures of up to 45°C and can survive a 75 cm drop onto a hard surface. It comes with a liquid-resistant keyboard.
