Community and Stakeholder Engagement in the Australian Public Sector 2016

This one-day case study-led forum for public sector professionals will look at the customer-centric approach, engaging new audiences, bringing together online and offline community engagement strategies as well as building credibility and measuring and evaluating community engagement.
