Hyland has released its agenda management mobile application, OnBase Agenda To Go. The paperless mobile solution allows legislators, board members, committee members and other authorised persons to quickly access meeting notes and materials to better prepare for meetings.

Features include the ability to download meeting data to a mobile device and work in offline mode; search for items within a meeting; highlight important agenda items in meeting outline; add, edit or delete personal notes per agenda item; obtain a view of all agenda item notes in a meeting; and view PDF renditions of attachments. The app also allows users to add or edit annotations, sticky notes and bookmarks on item attachments and email attachments and related notes.
