HPE expands NVIDIA AI Computing portfolio
HPE has enhanced its NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio with solutions aimed at supporting the latest NVIDIA AI models.
The HPE Private Cloud AI turnkey solution, which has been co-developed with NVIDIA, has been upgraded to support the newest versions of the NVIDIA Nemotron agentic AI models, the Cosmos Reason vision language model for physical AI and robotics, and the NVIDIA Blueprint for Video Search and Summarisation.
The company says the enhancements will enable users to more effectively meet surging demand for AI inferencing and accelerate AI production.
In addition, HPE has introduced new HPE ProLiant Compute servers accelerated by the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs. The range includes the air-cooled HPE ProLiant DL365 Gen11 server, which supports up to two server edition Blackwell GPUs and has been designed for data centres tasked with meeting growing AI demands.
The HPE ProLiant Compute DL380a Gen12 server meanwhile supports up to eight Blackwell GPUs in a 4U form factor, and will ship in September. Target workloads for the new servers include generative and agentic AI, robotics and industrial technology, 3D modelling, digital twins and enterprise applications.
HPE SVP and GM for Private Cloud and Flex Solutions Cheri Williams said the new solutions form part of the company’s commitment to providing customers with the tools they need to succeed in the AI era.
“Our collaboration with NVIDIA continues to push the boundaries of innovation, delivering solutions that unlock the value of generative, agentic and physical AI while addressing the unique demands of enterprise workloads,” she said. “With the combination of HPE ProLiant servers and expanded capabilities in HPE Private Cloud AI, we’re enabling organisations to embrace the future of AI with confidence and agility.”
