Cloudwerx joins OpenAI Services Partner program
Australian data, analytics and generative AI consultancy Cloudwerx has joined the OpenAI Services Partner program in response to sustained growth in demand for production-scale agentic AI.
Joining the program reflects the company’s experience in in designing, deploying and governing agentic AI systems using OpenAI models and APIs, according to Cloudwerx COO and Head of Data and AI Brendan Connollly. He said the company is uniquely positioned as a Salesforce, Snowflake and OpenAI Services Partner.
“Our focus has never been hype pilots,” he said. “We use OpenAI models to power real agentic systems, integrated with Salesforce and Snowflake, where evaluation, telemetry and governance are built in from day one. Partnership validates the disciplined, production-first approach we’ve been applying with clients across ANZ.”
Cloudwerx has been engaged in live production deployments with major organisations including Australian NDIS plan manager My Plan Manager Group and talent and workforce solutions provider Allegis Group.
Cloudwerx CEO Toby Wilcock said its forays into generative AI are aimed at helping customers address pressing needs.
“The question for organisations is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how quickly they can turn it into real business advantage,” he said. “As an OpenAI Services Partner, Cloudwerx is helping customers operationalise AI within the platforms that power their business securely, responsibly and at enterprise scale.”
The company’s proprietary Tesseract system and multi-agent architecture are designed to enable reusable and governed prompt and tool patterns that have been grounded in practical benefits.
In 2024, Cloudwerx acquired Australian data and AI consultancy Lightfold to build out its capabilities in the space.
