Dynatrace unveils agentic operations system
AI-powered observability platform provider Dynatrace has unveiled Dynatrace Intelligence, an agentic operations system designed to combine deterministic and agentic AI.
The solution is built to observe and optimise dynamic AI workloads to enable customers to build more intelligent applications and drive autonomous action across modern digital ecosystems.
The company said the platform can provide deep and real-time visibility into system behaviour performance across cloud and AI-native environments. It is powered by the third generation of the Dynatrace platform, which includes a unified data lakehouse for storing metrics, logs, traces, events and other important information.
Enterprises are able to orchestrate built-in and partner agents due to integrations with ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Atlassian, GitHub, Red Hat and other leading providers.
Dynatrace Intelligence is designed to allow organisations to achieve self-healing systems in dynamic environments, as well as proactive prevention, remediation and optimisation.
“Agentic AI offers enormous potential, but many businesses still struggle to ensure it operates reliably, securely and with consistent performance in real world environments,” Dynatrace founder and CTO Bernd Greifeneder said. “Dynatrace Intelligence fuses deterministic and agentic AI, removing the guesswork and delivering AI-powered observability organisations can trust.”
