Employment Hero integrates with Google, Microsoft
Australian-founded employment management platform Employment Hero has integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to help SMEs move closer to ‘one-click hiring’.
The Employment Hero platform will now allow automatic and secure set-up or deactivation of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts for employees, to eliminate the double-handling requirement during onboarding or offboarding.
The functionality is currently available only to Platinum Employment Hero HR platform subscribers.
The introduction of Microsoft and Google features follows the previous integration of the platform with Slack to help managers better recognise team members while improving employee engagement.
“This is the next step towards our goal of helping businesses to hire someone with the single click of a button. In this case we’re easing unnecessary burdens placed on IT departments and tackling the pain of software provisioning and management,” said Employment Hero’s co-founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer, Dave Tong. “Depending on the amount of hires an organisation is making, this could save hours of time over the course of week. These new integrations with Google and Microsoft will make it even easier for Employment Hero users to manage their teams safely and securely, while running and growing their businesses.”
Employment Hero revealed earlier this month that its platform is now processing more than $100 billion in payroll globally. The platform already serves 20% of Australia’s private businesses, and the company’s employer of record service, Global Teams, is now available across 144 countries.
Besides Google, Microsoft 365 and Slack, Employment Hero also supports integration with platforms including Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
