Kyndryl launches agentic AI services for enterprises

Kyndryl has launched a range of agentic AI services aimed at helping enterprises transform their operations and speed up adoption of AI in the workforce. Using the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, the line of services include tools for workforce transformation and organisational change management, as well as training on using AI to perform daily work.

Kyndryl says its workforce transformation and organisational change management experts are tasked with identifying and shaping professional roles for increasingly AI-enabled organisations. Meanwhile Kyndryl consultants will aim to guide companies in how to engineer business processes with a digital workforce, and in identifying and plugging skills gaps as organisations transform.

Finally, the Kyndryl Vital design-led transformation practice will leverage the capabilities of agentic AI to deliver a curated user experience design where AI can act proactively on the user’s behalf, the company said.

Through this approach, the company will seek to empower AI agents to participate and respond to user needs and deliver meaningful insights based on interactions with customers.

Ismail Amla, SVP for Kyndryl Consult, said AI is rapidly transforming the world of work.

“Agentic AI will rapidly reshape job roles, ways of working, and how enterprises are organised — and equally change how they engage their customers,” he said. “Organisations that move fast to bring their workforces and customers along the AI journey, through intentional change management and engaging experience between people and AI agents, will have the competitive advantage and gain the most from their AI investments.”
