Users of corporate networks expect to be online all the time and are continually demanding a higher performance from their networks. This is placing enormous pressure on network managers to take a user-centric approach to network delivery.
Network managers must proactively address issues including network availability, performance and quality of service. CIOs must change their focus to the customer experience. Organisations will meanwhile need to reskill engineers to cope with the demands of running a user-centric network.
