SailPoint partners with HCLTech on identity management

Identity security company SailPoint has teamed up with HCLTech to deliver identity security solutions for enterprises in the AI era. The partnership will combine SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, delivered through AI-driven identity platform SailPoint Atlas, with HCLTech’s experience helping large enterprises manage identity at scale through its global cybersecurity practice.

Customers will also be able to take advantage of SailPoint’s AI-powered identity risk analytics to help automate life cycle access controls, enabling them to continuously monitor access risk and enforce policy across hybrid, multicloud and AI environments.

HCLTech’s global delivery teams will support companies while they move from siloed systems to a modern identity platform. The company says the alliance will also ensure organisations have zero-trust aligned identity controls to govern access in real time as they deploy GenAI applications and agents across their systems.

As part of the partnership, HCLTech has been certified as a SailPoint Global Delivery Admiral, the highest status available for an ecosystem partner. SailPoint President Matt Mills said that, in the AI era, identities of agents and workers are the new perimeter that must be intelligently governed and secured.

“Our partnership with HCLTech enables more customers to build identity security programs at scale to secure AI agents and other identities; programs that are policy-driven, risk-aware, and resilient to fast-moving digital threats,” he said.

HCLTech President for Digital Foundation Services Jagadeshwar Gattu added that an identity-first approach can serve as a strong digital foundation for an AI-powered future. “By embedding SailPoint Atlas into our unified IAM and managed services ecosystem, we empower enterprises to manage identity risk proactively and with confidence,” he said.
