AFL FOCIS Duel Fibre Optic Connector Inspection System
The AFL FOCIS Duel Fibre Optic Connector Inspection System is a self-contained, twin-ported, Bluetooth-connected, fibre-optic connector inspection probe with integrated screen.
FOCIS Duel inspects connectors and patch cords without the need to swap adapter tips, making it a suitable tool for optical network installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, and where critical fibre infrastructures work at high performance levels.
Main features include auto-focus (both ports) and auto-centring for fast, easy inspection; rechargeable battery lasts more than 8 h; self-contained, tether-free, compact, handheld inspection solution; available with more than three dozen tips supporting all commonly used connector types, including MPO/MTP multi-fibre connectors and bulkheads; and field-replaceable NiMH battery.
