Sennheiser rated Avaya compliant

Sennheiser Communications, a supplier of premium headset solutions, has announced that its portfolio of wired and wireless headsets is compliant with communication solutions from Avaya, a global leader in enterprise communications systems, software and services.

The headset portfolio helps businesses improve efficiency and create a comfortable working environment. The portfolios of wired SH and CC line as well as the wireless DW Series are compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya desk phone 1600 and 9600 series as well as the Avaya one-X Communicator and Avaya one-X Agent soft phone client.

One of the companies benefiting from the interoperability of Sennheiser Communications and Avaya solutions is DTKS, Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice (Deutsche Telecom Customer Service), which has just chosen the Sennheiser CC 550 headset for its, around, 14,000 service centre employees.
