Tuesday, 13 April, 2010

The LG-Nortel W-SOHO wireless telephone system for small business delivers the features of an enterprise-level phone system to small businesses.

Users simply plug the base station into telephone lines (up to three) and wirelessly connect up to seven additional handsets or desk phones to the network, without the need for extension cabling to each unit - just AC power.

Users can add new handsets and deskphones to the wireless telephone network without the need for technical assistance from their service or hardware provider.

The system provides the flexibility to move a unit to a meeting room or a quieter area of the office while having access to features including call conferencing, transfer, voicemail, intercom and hands free.

Key features include: capacity for one to three lines to be active simultaneously in the network and for one to eight W-SOHO handsets in the network, seven of which can be wireless; choice of wireless desk phones or portable DECT handsets; call waiting/conferencing/forward/transfer/hold/caller ID/voicemail; programmable ‘auto attendant’ to customise multiple touch-tone responses for incoming calls when user is not available, then automatic diverting of the call according to the selection made; active line and extension status view; large LCD for easy programming.
