Nexon Asia Pacific secures two awards at the Genesys Partner Executive Summit
Nexon Asia Pacific (Nexon) has announced it has been awarded both ANZ Partner of the Year and APAC Innovation Partner of the Year at the 2026 Genesys Partner Executive Summit in Thailand. The company says the award is recognition of its leadership in delivering AI-driven customer experience (CX) outcomes across Australia.
The awards highlight Nexon’s ability to translate technology investment into measurable business value, combining deep expertise in Genesys Cloud with a consultative CX Advisory approach, according to Nexon. This enables organisations to modernise customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive performance across critical customer touchpoints.
The recognition comes as Australian organisations face increasing pressure to deliver seamless, efficient and compliant customer experiences.
“It’s a privilege to be recognised with these two awards. They reinforce the value we’re delivering to our customers across Australia,” said David Russell, General Manager, Enterprise Digital (Corporate), Nexon Asia Pacific. “Having three Nexon customers named as finalists in the 2026 Genesys Global Awards further demonstrates the impact of applying innovation to real-world customer challenges and operational priorities.”
The company says the APAC Innovation Partner of the Year award underscores Nexon’s leadership in embedding AI-driven capabilities within customer engagement platforms.
“By bringing AI into customer environments, organisations can deliver more responsive, personalised interactions while reducing friction across the customer journey,” Russell added. “Importantly, the insights generated allow organisations to continuously refine how they engage, driving stronger outcomes with every interaction.”
