Wednesday, 01 September, 2010

The Epygi QuadroM8L is designed for medium-sized offices needing a SIP-based telephone system that can support 32-98 extensions and up to 45 concurrent calls.

As well as the PBX features that include voicemail, multi-level IVR, Hunt groups and ‘follow me’ telephony, the system offers automatic call distribution for call centres, audio conferencing, call recording and barge-in features - these features are optional items.

There are eight FXO lines and up to 96 IP phone users are supported. Also added are audio input and output ports for music on hold and paging speaker connections.

Additional storage options include a CompactFlash slot or an external FTP server for recorded calls or system backups.

It is claimed to use the latest DSP technology and has advanced unified messaging features and integrated 8 x FXO ports, 2 x FXS ports, audio in and out ports. It supports most standards-based IP phones and features auto deployment for many IP phones, including Yealink, Snom and Aastra.
