Logitech has introduced five webcams that are all ready to work with Vid. The webcams include the C600, C500, C300, C250 and C200.

The C600 delivers fluid HD-quality video and 8 MP snapshots (software enhanced), through to its 2 MP sensor and glass lens. HD video can be captured at up to 720 p. For difficult lighting, Rightlight 2 adjusts to give the best images, while Video Effects can personalise a conversation.

The C500 has a glass lens and a 1.3 MP sensor for sharper images and fluid video. Its 5 MP photo capture allows high-resolution snapshots (software enhanced).

The C300 gives up to 5 MP photo capture (software enhanced).

The C250 has a VGA sensor, the ability to take snapshots at up to 1.3 MP (software enhanced) and Video Effects fun filters.

The C200 has a VGA sensor and snapshots at up to 1.3 MP (software enhanced).

The webcams include a built-in microphone with RightSound for clear, headset-free conversations without background noise.

Designed exclusively for video calling, Vid delivers a streamlined set-up and a simple, intuitive interface, and sets up automatically with a webcam.
