PMY Group partners with Tahreez to deliver technology solutions across Saudi Arabia's live events sector
PMY Group, a global technology partner to the world’s leading venues, events, and organisations, has formed a joint venture with Saudi Arabian technology and systems integration company Tahreez. Announced at the Australian Embassy in Riyadh, the new partnership is designed to deliver integrated digital, technology, data, and creative services across Saudi Arabia’s sports and entertainment landscape.
The initiative supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 program. This includes long-term investment in developing world-class live event infrastructure and expanding the technology for major events.
A partnership built on global expertise and local execution
The joint venture brings together PMY’s international experience with Tahreez, a Saudi-based technology and solutions provider backed by Alturki Holding. With its focus on digital transformation and innovation across key sectors, Tahreez contributes deep local insight and delivery capability to the partnership. Together, the partners aim to support the region’s development by aligning international practices with in-market expectations.
It also builds on earlier activity in the region through PMY’s experience division, KOJO, which has supported the Saudi Pro League with fan experience work over the past two seasons. With the joint venture in place, the partnership can now expand beyond experience services and introduce a broader suite of technology solutions, including data platforms and intelligence tools, delivered locally within the Kingdom.
Delivering technology for venues and live events
Tahreez will support the full lifecycle of venue and event projects, including strategy, design, implementation, and operations. This provides operators with a more coordinated way to manage the technology required across live environments, including specialised event technology for both permanent and temporary sites.
To help operators plan more effectively, the joint venture intends to introduce Optic, PMY Group’s AI-powered crowd intelligence platform, into the Saudi Arabian market. Optic combines real-time, historic, and predictive insight to give teams a clearer picture of crowd movement, helping them respond faster, manage busy areas, and keep events running safely and smoothly.
What the joint venture means for event operators
For venue owners, rightsholders, and event organisers, the joint venture offers access to combined global and in-market capability. It provides a pathway to explore technology systems and services that can strengthen operations, support commercial outcomes, and shape visitor experience as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its sports and entertainment program.
