archTIS appoints TechnologyOne alum as CFO
archTIS has appointed Kylie Sheather as its full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to support the company’s executive management team in its growth and expansion strategy. Sheather has experience in financial planning and analysis, and a background in technical accounting, ASX compliance and complex financial reporting.
With knowledge of software-as-a-service companies, Sheather has held senior financial roles for medium and large listed companies. Sheather’s strong project management, associated process re-engineering and change management skills will help support archTIS to achieve its expansion goals.
As CFO, Sheather will be responsible for further developing the company’s financial management systems to support future expansion plans. Sheather will also oversee strategic analysis and cost management to support global expansion and distribution channels. Sheather will be responsible for financial control and reporting analysis to the CEO and board to support key decision-making.
archTIS CEO and Managing Director Daniel Lai welcomed Sheather to the company, and thanked James Palmer for his contribution in growing archTIS as its part-time CFO.
Sheather most recently served as TechnologyOne’s director of finance and business partnering. Sheather was also previously a group financial controller at ASX-listed engineering services company LogiCamms and has held a number of senior roles at Boom Logistics.
