Avanade launches Microsoft‍-‍powered solution suite

Professional services company Avanade has launched a suite of Microsoft-powered business solutions aimed at helping organisations streamline operations, enhance security and optimise cloud costs.

The suite includes Avanade Accelerated ERP, a platform designed for streamlining operations and pursuing enterprise resource planning transformation, as well as Avanade Cloud Move, which aims to use AI to help organisations securely migrate servers and workloads to Microsoft Azure.

Other new offerings include Avanade Intelligent Security Operations, which is designed to act as a unified security approach capable of adapting as threats evolve, as well as Avanade Intelligent Contact Centre, a ready-to-deploy AI powered contact centre solution.

These are the first solutions to be developed by Avanade Go, a recently established dedicated team within the company that is focused on creating and scaling Microsoft powered, repeatable business solutions. The team is being led by 12-year Avanade veteran Fabio Hasegawa, who said the launch represents the start of an exciting journey.

“We’re beginning with launches in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, with plans to expand to additional markets in the weeks ahead,” he said. “Our ambition is to set a new standard for client in delivery excellence, bringing the best of Avanade’s Microsoft innovation to more businesses, faster. We’re building a foundation for growth that combines speed, quality and measurable impact for every client we serve.”

Avanade has also launched a self-service, fully-automated tool aimed at providing organisations with a detailed analysis of their current cloud environment as well as recommendations on how to rebalance and reinvest cloud resources more effectively. The tool is capable of scanning Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and is already being used by over 100 customers globally.

Avanade CEO Rodrigo Caserta said the solutions leverage the company’s experience in delivering Microsoft solutions to customers.

“Over the years, Avanade has partnered with thousands of organisations around the world to modernise how they operate, from improving customer experiences to optimising the use of cloud and data,” he said. “These new solutions build on that global track record, giving clients faster, simpler ways to turn technology into real business results.”
