BlueAPACHE partners with NinjaOne on IT operations
Melbourne-based IT services provider blueAPACHE has partnered with unified IT management software provider NinjaOne to provide managed IT operations services to mid-market businesses.
Under the agreement, blueAPACHE will combine its operational and service delivery capabilities with NinjaOne’s flagship platform, which includes features covering endpoint management, mobile device management, patch management, backup, remote control, service desk and integrations.
NinjaOne is already deeply embedded into blueAPACHE’s managed services architecture, which enables remote monitoring and management of endpoints and services, automated patching across operating systems and secure remote access services.
BlueAPACHE CEO Michael Zuppa said the partnership is aimed at transforming the way IT operations are delivered to the mid-market.
“We have a clear strategic roadmap to re-engineer how our Managed Services are operated and delivered, with automation, security and operational discipline at its core,” he said. “Our partnership with NinjaOne reflects that intent. We were looking for a partner who could underpin this roadmap with market-leading capability and align with how we design and run IT operations at scale.
“This is a foundational step in our IT Operations Excellence as a Service strategy and sets the path for how we will continue to advance managed services over time.”
BlueAPACHE says it has over 27 years’ experience providing managed services both domestically and internationally.
