DDLS wins EC-Council award for security training services
Australia’s Dimension Data Learning Solutions (DDLS) has won the 2016 EC-Council Circle of Excellence Award for its security training services.
The annual awards are designed to recognise EC-Council accredited training centres that have contributed to the success of the council’s certification programs.
DDLS offers a range of EC-Council courses to organisations including government, education, utilities and financial institutions as well as smaller organisations. The company has seen strong growth in demand for the training courses over the past 12 months.
“We are honoured to have received this prestigious award. It highlights both the fantastic job DDLS is doing in bringing world-class security training to the Australian market and the demand in the market for security professionals,” DDLS strategic alliances director Gary Duffield said.
“DDLS and EC-Council together are helping to provide the vital skills required by Australian business and public sector organisations to help combat the damage a malicious cyber attack can have on a business.”
EC-Council specialises in cybersecurity certification programs. DDLS operates learning centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and Adelaide.
Parent company Dimension Data separately announced it has been listed as one of the top 10 fastest-growing consulting services providers in 2014–15.
“Dimension Data has made a significant investment in its consulting business both in terms of organic and inorganic growth,” Dimension Data group executive for service Bill Padfield said. “Being recognised as one of the top 10 fastest-growing consulting providers in this report indicates to us that our strategy is indeed working.”
