Endeavour Group opts for Complexica's AI-driven platform
Endeavour Group has selected the Promotional Campaign Manager (PCM) module from Complexica’s Decision Cloud platform to enable AI-driven promotional planning and pricing optimisation across the Dan Murphy’s and BWS network. The project commenced this month with multiple go-lives planned across this financial year and next.
“Endeavour is committed to the continual improvement and execution of strategies that can create value for our customers, suppliers, and shareholders,” said Andy Sutton, General Manager, Data Led Transformation at Endeavour Group.
“Given the high degree of operational complexity within our business, the formulation and analysis of these strategies requires software capable of providing our teams with advanced planning, prediction and optimisation functionality to assist their decision-making process and outcomes sought. After an extended and international evaluation process, we have decided to partner with Complexica to accelerate the development of a world-class promotional planning and optimisation capability within our merchandise team, which will be based upon Complexica’s award-winning software platform for promotional planning and pricing optimisation.”
Endeavour Group operates the largest retail drinks network in Australia across Dan Murphy’s, BWS and Cellarmasters stores, among others. It employs 28,000 staff in Australia, owns 1669 retail liquor stores and currently manages a portfolio of 344 distinct licensed venues.
