Telecommunications wholesaler ispONE has signed NBN Co’s Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA), following revisions made by NBN Co.

This revised WBA includes amendments relating to liability of NBN customers.

“ispONE has been engaged in close consultation with the NBN Co and we are pleased that our primary concerns have now been addressed; most importantly, the inclusion of provisions for the liability of our customers,” said ispONE Managing Director Zac Swindells.

“We’re happy to be able to sign this agreement in the knowledge that our customers will have access to the National Broadband Network on favourable terms,” Swindells said.
