Orro launches managed observability service
Australian IT solutions provider Orro has launched a new managed observability service powered by Cisco’s ThousandEyes and Orro’s One Touch Control digital delivery platform.
The new service is designed to give customers enhanced visibility into internal and external networks, as well as insights into the performance of their technology stack, to help identify and resolve network issues. Orro says its customers can use the solution to track network status, manage latency changes and proactively identify weaknesses before they can impact users. The platform claims to ensure a consistent end-user experience even when managing external or vendor networks.
Other key features include the ability for network teams to detect anomalies with real-time alerting, as well as automated remediation. The managed observability service meanwhile integrates telemetry from across the technology stack for improved troubleshooting capabilities.
The managed observability service is already in use across industry sectors including education, retail, transport and logistics. Orro CEO Daniel Greengarten said understanding the operating environment is crucial to effective network management.
“By integrating leading visibility tools such as Cisco’s ThousandEyes with our own One Touch Control digital delivery platform, we’re empowering our customers to gain deeper insights into their networks and how they interact with others,” he said. “This enhanced visibility enables customers to make informed decisions, strengthen their networks and clearly identify areas for improvement.”
