Tanium partners with DXC on endpoint management
Tanium has entered into a partnership with technology services provider DXC Technology under which DXC will offer Tanium’s core autonomous endpoint management platform to organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
Under the agreement, DXC will offer and implement the platform for customers. Tanium and DXC have also collaborated on a number of initiatives including a solution aimed at helping public sector entities adhere to regulatory mandates and adopt more robust cybersecurity practices.
Tanium Director of Channel and Alliances Stewart McDonald said the partnership is a perfect fit.
“At Tanium, our mission is to redefine the collaboration between IT and security teams by introducing the industry’s first autonomous endpoint management platform to customers,” he said. “By leveraging AI capabilities, powered by real-time data access and actionable insights, we can now address unique challenges in endpoint management.
“Our partnership with DXC provides invaluable expertise in delivering the critical people and process components essential for a comprehensive, robust cybersecurity strategy — reducing risk, cost and complexity for our customers.”
DXC Head of Security for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Kylie Watson added that the arrangement will support DXC’s mission of helping organisations stay abreast of evolving threats while ensuring business continuity.
“Partnering with Tanium has enabled us to consolidate tools, streamline operations, and enhance cyber resilience for our customers,” she said. “With almost 100 trained Tanium engineers in Australia and New Zealand, DXC is ready to deliver immediate value to our customers.”
