CrowdStrike achieves top marks in MITRE evaluations
CrowdStrike has achieved a perfect 100% detection and 100% protection rate with no false positives during the 2025 MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise Evaluations program, the company revealed.
During MITRE’s first cloud adversary emulation, simulating attacks that moved across identity, endpoint and cloud, CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform passed with flying colours, the company said. The platform was able to stop credential abuse, lateral movement and cloud exploitation.
“These were the most challenging MITRE evaluations yet, and we participated to give the industry a transparent view into which platforms have the architecture to stop real-world threats,” CrowdStrike President Michael Sentonas said. “Delivering 100% detection, 100% protection, and no false positives across these highly sophisticated, cross-domain attacks is a major achievement. The results show the power of the unified Falcon platform — complete protection with a first-class analyst experience that eliminates noise and complexity while accelerating response.”
Sentonas said the performance of the platform demonstrates the advantage of a single, unified platform in stopping modern, cross-domain attacks.
The testing simulated real-world attacks from Chinese state-sponsored group MUSTANG PANDA and eCrime group SCATTERED SPIDER, evaluating whether security platforms have the unified architecture needed to stop current threats rather than simply detecting individual techniques.
