ELMO launches COVID vax tracker for businesses

Australia’s ELMO Software has launched a new cloud-based tool designed to help business keep track of their employees’ COVID-19 vaccination status.

The new COVIDsecure module allows employers to automate record-keeping of both COVID-19 vaccination and testing status across their workforce.

The software provides employers with the ability to capture vaccination or test status for the entire or targeted areas of the business such as location, department or role.

Employers can configure alerts to notify them of when vaccination and testing records are due to be updated.

COVIDsecure also allows for businesses to submit records to health officials. Meanwhile HR and management can access the information in a secure dashboard to assist with COVID-19 risk management.

ELMO Software CEO Danny Lessem said software can help facilitate the secure re-opening of the Australian economy.

“Businesses need to be able to keep running in a COVID-19 environment, but they need to be able to do it safely. They can’t sustain reduced activity forever, nor can the community do without their services for an indefinite amount of time either,” he said.

“To be able to operate safely and in line with government regulation, it’s crucial businesses have the right tools at their disposal. While the country is moving ahead with the vaccine rollout, it’s important that we look to the tools we will need in the near future to manage COVID-19 in the community and the workplace.”
