ServiceNow enters mutual partnership with Boomi
ServiceNow and integration and automation company Boomi have announced a new partnership aimed at improving the customer experience through AI-powered self-service.
Under the partnership, Boomi will use the ServiceNow App Engine to provide streamlined customer support and improved self-service for its customers. Boomi also plans to use ServiceNow’s App Engine to build workflows into its Master Data Hub, the company’s cloud-native data management platform.
Boomi CEO Steve Lucas said the collaboration is expected to help the company deliver self-service workflows, eliminate silos, enhance collaboration and drive operational efficiency.
“This collaboration not only empowers Boomi and ServiceNow customers to harness the full potential of AI and automation but also sets the stage for a new era of seamless, personalised business transformation, all built on reliable and trusted data,” he said.
Meanwhile, ServiceNow will integrate Boomi’s API Management (APIM) capabilities into its Automation Engine, to help strengthen ServiceNow’s suite of intelligent automation solutions.
Boomi’s lightweight APIM solution has been designed to streamline experiences for application creators by providing a centralised view of an enterprise’s API landscape.
ServiceNow President for Global Industries and Strategic Growth Paul Fipps said the agreement is aimed at helping businesses meet their customers’ evolving expectations.
“By combining Boomi’s industry-leading API Management with ServiceNow’s suite of intelligent automation solutions, we’re also bringing an even more robust toolset to creators and app developers,” he said.
