HCLTech partners with UiPath on agentic automation
Technology company HCLTech has entered a partnership with agentic automation company UiPath aimed at facilitating transformation for enterprises globally.
Under the agreement, HCLTech will deploy the UiPath Platform to enable autonomous operations in finance, supply chain, procurement, customer service, marketing and human resources.
HCLTech will provide pre-configured AI agents and controls for various industries and applications, and will leverage its global presence to support UiPath customers in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
The two companies plan to also establish an AI lab in India to develop industry-focused repeatable solutions for the full automation lifecycle, ranging from strategy to implementation and continuous operation.
HCLTech Corporate Vice President and Global Head, Digital Process Operations Raghu Kidambi said the partnership is aimed at “setting new benchmarks for agentic autonomous operations that unlock unprecedented efficiency, agility and innovation for enterprises.”
“Our proven expertise in hyperautomation, AI and cloud-first architectures helps us provide industry-specific and advanced automation solutions at scale,” he said.
UiPath COO and CFO Ashim Gupta added that agentic automation will be critical as AI technology develops.
