Ingram Micro launches Copilot readiness service
Distributor Ingram Micro has launched its Microsoft Copilot readiness service in Australia and New Zealand. The new service has been designed to equip organisations with the tools and knowledge required to leverage AI in their operations. It is targeted at organisations that are beginning their AI journey.
The service includes the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Workshop for SMBs, which has been developed by Ingram Micro in collaboration with Microsoft, and is designed for organisations of up to 300 Microsoft 365 seats.
The workshop is hosted at the Centre of Excellence at Ingram Micro, which also offers services such as security readiness assessments to help support businesses in delivering AI solutions.
The workshop is accompanied by a five-step journey developed by Ingram Micro, which includes AI use case workshops, tenant content and security assessments, and ongoing utilisation support during Copilot deployments.
Ingram Micro Director for Cloud Services ANZ Trent Gomersall said the platform has been developed using feedback collected during pre-launch and post-launch roundtables with Microsoft across three major Australian cities late last year, which were attended by more than 80 clients.
“We are committed to supporting our partners through every stage of their AI journey. Our collaboration with Microsoft on Copilot has enabled us to provide valuable resources and insights, ensuring our partners are well prepared to deliver innovative AI solutions to their customers,” he said. “Feedback from our roundtables, community calls and technical bootcamps and readiness workshops and assessments has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the enthusiasm and readiness of our partners to embrace AI.”
