Kyndryl launches framework for deploying agentic AI
Enterprise technology service provider Kyndryl has launched a new enterprise-grade framework for deploying agentic AI to support human teams.
The Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework orchestrates a portfolio of specialised, self-learning AI agents designed to dynamically respond to changing conditions while still keeping humans in the loop for oversight.
Kyndryl says that enterprises will be able to use the solution to adopt, deploy and scale agentic AI solutions for a range of business operations, and lean on the solutions to translate complex data into clear insights. As part of the solution delivery, Kyndryl Consult experts will work closely with customers to assess, design, engineer and plan deployments of the framework tailored to individual customer business requirements.
Kyndryl Consult SVP Ismail Amla said deployment activities will incorporate insights from open-integration digital business platform Kyndryl Bridge.
“Kyndryl is uniquely positioned to provide a holistic, infrastructure-first perspective that enables customers to deploy AI with confidence across mission-critical systems with scalability and industry standard security,” he said.
Kyndryl has revealed that the offering is already being evaluated by a national government for large-scale deployment across its IT systems, to help enhance citizen experiences, improve digital service delivery and reduce regulatory risks.
A large financial institution is also assessing how it can apply the framework to introduce AI agents that can automate compliance activities and accelerate service delivery, according to the company.
