Salesforce launches products on AWS Marketplace
Salesforce has announced the availability of a number of its products on the AWS Marketplace in Australia, following recent launches in the US and Europe.
The collaboration will enable AWS customers to access Salesforce products including cloud-native platforms Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Also available are Salesforce’s Industry Clouds, which are tailored for the automotive, communications, consumer goods, energy and utilities, financial services, government, healthcare, education, manufacturing, media, non-profit, retail, transport and hospitality sectors respectively.
These are joined on the AWS Marketplace by the Tableau analytics product, the Mulesoft integration and automation platform, collaboration platform Slack, and application development platform Heroku.
AWS and Salesforce have been global strategic partners since 2016. There are already deep product integrations across data and AI on the two companies’ various solutions. This latest initiative builds on that partnership, according to Salesforce GM and EVP for Australia and New Zealand Frank Fillmann.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer our customers even more seamless experiences that both meet the massive demand for our products but also sets the stage for enhanced efficiency and success in the AI era,” he said. “With this new update, Australian businesses can unlock even more value by enabling a single view across their IT spend, simplified procurement processes, and flexible options like private pricing and consolidated billing through AWS.”
