The Greenplum Unified Analytics Platform (UAP) offers analytics of big data stores.

The UAP is a fusion of three Greenplum products: the Greenplum database for structured and semi-structured data; Greenplum HD, for the analysis and processing of unstructured data; and Greenplum Chorus 2.0, which acts as a productivity engine with virtual databases for exploration, innovation and social collaboration.

Supporting any analytics tool and featuring near real-time analytics, its unified/non-monolithic approach leverages all of an organisation’s data - structured, semi-structured and unstructured from unrelated databases and third-party data sources (including social networks) into a unified big data analytics platform.

It is suitable for data-driven organisations requiring business intelligence infrastructure with Big Data technologies and embedded analytics for improved agility, such as customer intimacy and responsiveness and faster time-to-market.
