Telstra to provide open access wholesale service on some new fibre networks

Telstra will provide an open access wholesale service on fibre networks that it’s currently deploying in South Brisbane and some new real estate projects, according to Stephen Conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy.
